Jenn and I take on the one and only Ninja New York--a restaurant in a subterranean cavern, located deep under the streets of Tribeca, all done up like a medieval ninja mountain village, and, yes, there is sushi. Served by ninjas. And it is awesome. Here, Jenn and I indulge our A-Positive blood types with a little dark chocolate dessert--the Rose Chocolate and Ninja Star, to be precise--other recommendations include the artichoke dip, the tuna tartare, the Ninja Paella, the Ninja Special Roll, and, well, it's all pretty great. Mind you: if you're going JUST for the sushi, you might be a tad disappointed, this isn't 15 East or Sushi Azubu, and the ninjas aren't exactly hardcore about their fish. But if you're just looking for something a little different and, ultimately, just a really fun time, the ninjas can't be beat. Enjoy.
